W9 run2. Thought I'd pop down to the prom for a change. Don't think I'll bother again. Dead flat, hard pavements all the way, loads of cyclists and dog walkers.
Moaning over😁. In total I covered 5.76 km, running for 32 minutes. All set for graduation on Monday 🤗
Flat is good though.. I crave flat.. with all the incline around where I live...I love my Esplanade running when we are at our holiday home..... but there is never anyone about!
