Hello, how are you today? I am just starting out on C25K to get fitter and wondered if anyone had any tips on running? Thanks.

Welcome... check out all the great advice here before you begin! Loads of great advice... and tips for reaching 30 minute runs without injury!

Slow and steady... some non-impact exercise too on rest days and keep posting!

There will be loads of support and encouragement too.

Listen to your body and don't try to move too far too soon.. we have had speedsters and folk who think runs or even weeks can be missed....they soon disappear:)

This programme is structured an d steady and will get you to the nine week point, hopefully injury free and having had terrific fun too.
