Just wanted a bit of advice about clothing now the weather is edging out of summer, what would you recommend for running in rain or colder weather? I have running leggings and t’shirts but unsure about lightweight jackets etc

I still wear the same, and in the wet it’s an advantage, cold depends on what stage you’re at if you’re still walking intervals you’ll need to stay warm.
