Two weeks is ok... if you’ve lost anything it will be slight... give your next run a go, slow and steady.

Crack on. Anyone can have a rubbish run at any time and if that does happen (which it probably won't) it may as well happen where you are up to, less of a dent to your confidence.

I can’t seem to fit my runs in now. I keep coming up with excuses and I keep missing my runs. It’s seem since I finished my last run in week 6, (really hard) my mind keeps telling me it’s gonna b difficult so have a break today....,,,,, it’s now coming up to 3 weeks😳😳😳
