Yeah, it hurts. I still remember day 1, I thought I was going to have a heart attack, and when I got home I was so exhausted it was an hour before I had the energy to get into the shower. But you did it, so however tough it was, it wasn’t as tough as you. Good luck with the next one! 😀👍👏
It hurts? Yes... you’re lucky, I was gonna get that first run arrested for attempted murder.
Great job! Make sure you’re on top of your hydration and go slower if you can.
The first run is the hardest - it's such a huge shock to your body. It gets easier as your body learns what's expected - honest!
