Completed. Actually looking forward to R3- starting to believe in the programme and myself as at the end of every week I’ve thought “i don’t think I’ll be able to do next week” and I have. Believing I can do it now.

Having just completed w5r3 last night I can confirm it’s not as difficult as it appeared daunting. In fact, in a bizarre sort of way, I found it much easier than previous runs. Maybe it’s the programme build-up or maybe it’s just easier not to stop/start so much. Either way, it’s felt much easier. Go for it !
