Less than 10% of graduates on this forum run 5k in under 30 minutes at graduation.........many never do and it is not a requirement for graduation.

Congratulations on running for 30 minutes and covering 3.2k..............you could not have done that a few weeks ago.

Speed will gently increase as you become stronger over time.

How strange you and I are having the same thoughts and feelings today after our runs!! To be fair I know I couldn’t have run non stop for 28 minutes 8 weeks ago and as much as it’s testing me, I’m grateful for the push. When you think about it 3km is a bloody long way so we should both be proud of ourselves!! Hold your head up high Nellybean - you’re doing great!!

One challenge at a time! Don't be so harsh with yourself. You are already running for T H I R T Y. minutes!

Try driving the 3.2k and you will see your incredible achievement!

I graduated last week and i am now on to my next challenge: 5k. It won't be easy but we have all the time in the world to do it! 30 mins is huge. Say bravo nellybean!!!

I have only just got to 5k in 30 minutes and I graduated in May! It gives you another goal to work towards once you have graduated. Congrats on running for 30 mins! 😁🎉🎈

Don't be! You're doing so well! I ran 3.3km at graduation and am now only running 3.7k in 30 mins on a good day!! I can run 5k though and that's what matters to me! Takes me about 44 mins. So pleased with that! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
