Went out after work with my wife and son to pizza express. I had one of their low calorie pizzas, the ones with the middle cut out and replaced with salad.
The menu said “under 600 calories “ I ran 5k this morning and only burnt 400!.
That ladies and gentlemen is madness 😳☹️
It is funny tho, when you write it like that! Lol
Haha, yeah I know. It is crazy. Even a low fat calorie controlled pizza could only be burnt off by doing 10K.
But once you enjoyed that is all that matters. A treat every now and then keeps us sane.

A whole 400 calories? Wow. I’m so little that Mrs Nike Run Club tells me I’ve only used 320 calories to run 6k. And I was generous when I put in my weight..... 😠
My weight goes up and down by about 3-4 lbs so I just put my weight in around half way between the 2. I havn't lost any weight doing this running malarky and now I know why!.
You don’t get any extra grub til you’re running over an hour and then not very much Sorry. Once you run longer distances regularly, and if you walk a lot and keep mobile in general, you will get slimmer providing you eat right of course. There’s no magic bullet 😁
