All done for week 2! I even sped up a little bit on 2 of my running sections, just to see if the legs can move a little faster! I will be sticking to a steady pace, but I was enjoying the run so much I thought 20 seconds of faster running won’t hurt, and it didn’t!
I really can’t wait for week 3 now!
Edit - I just remembered I have a question! Does anybody else suffer with a really dry throat whilst they’re running? Do you take a water bottle with you or wait until you get back?

Take water with you I use one that has a sports top so no screwtops to deal with just s little sip every five mins or when you need it plus it’s 500ml so
If can drink that I know I have 1.5l if water to drink the rest of the day
