First park run

Hi I graduated in May after having never run like this before. I still don't love it but the feeling of achievement is brill. After a summer of only managing to run once a week, I decided to go for it and do my first park run. It took me 44 mins to do the 5k and it was tough but the atmosphere and welcome by the other runners- many first timers like myself made it a great event. I will be doing it again in a couple of weeks & would recommend to anyone who has done Couch to 5k.
