Done it! I have been thinking about this run for a few weeks, but I did it, albeit VERY slow for the last 10 minutes. I am still sweating 1 hour after finishing despite having a cool shower! Have faith in the schedule. I had doubts how you could go from an 8 minute run to a 20 minute run, but they know what they are doing. It really is in the mind for the longer runs. Very proud of myself as I struggled in week 1 and 2 and repeated them as I felt I wasn't ready to move on. Since then it has been ok'ish. Bring on the next few weeks. I am confident I can finish it now!!

Bravo! It's a great feeling to run for that length all in one go, isn't it.
I haven't looked to see what W6R1 is yet. I know it catches some people out so it sounds like it's going to be interesting!
