Well done for being patient and not risking becoming one. Only 2 runs with walk intervals this week and then run 3 the big 20 minutes. I'm sure you'll bash it into surrender no problem. Week 6 has a walk on runs 1 and 2 then it's a 25 minuter Then nonstop all the way to the podium. Stay patient, just enjoy smashing each session as it comes and get lost in the rock and roll.
What? Weeks 7, 8 and 9 have no walking at all in them? Cripes. (OK, well week 9 I wasn't expecting any but still. 😜)

Yeah, that 20 is in my crosshairs. The 8 and 8 is gonna frustrate me but I’ll do it properly. Strangely I liked intervals way back when it was jog, run... run, walk I know I don’t walk fast enough, and I’m usually pretty fast, then I cool slightly and the next run is against the shutdown of the calf muscles.

Also finished week 4 today and also had Got the Time on playlist but the Joe Jackson version. I dragged myself through w4, didn’t power through like you!
