A few days rest

So I’m coming towards the end of wk 6 and haven’t had any problems but over the last few days have been getting some VERY sharp pains in my groin. Was told today that this is normal as your body is kind of realigning but think I’ll have a few days off and start wk 6 again. Really disappointed.

I’d certainly take a few days... but you won’t lose any fitness in that time, I’d resume where I left off

A few days off is exactly what you need. Don’t be disappointed. Have had a week off between runs and was fine 😊
