Farewell wk 8 - week 9 bring it on😊

Hi all

After feeling yuk yesterday so not running run3 as scheduled. Meds kicked in and I had a full nights sleep😊

Felt loads better today so wanted to get back to it. Hubby didn't want me to go (bless) as he was worried in case I felt Ill whilst a couple of miles from home. I was a stubborn old bird as usual and said I wanted to go - in the end we compromised - I ran but at home on the treadmill in the garage lol

I find running on treadmill harder - have no idea why - it's not set on sonic speed or anything- and also inside of garage is so blinkin dull to stare at for 40 mins😂

My only saving grace was AC/DC on way too loud - well you kinda have to don't you😁

Anyhow - run3 done - I'm hot n sweating but ok no pains or anything so feeling positive that wk 9 should go ok.

I did have some unexpected help - the proton pump inhibitors I'm taking do not inhibit pumps in fact as a side effect they do the exact opposite and I think I was slightly jet propelled along - probably just as well I was indoors😂😂
