I suffer terribly with Raynaud's and am hoping this flair up today is a one off because I ran in the rain
I was wondering if anyone has this condition and if it worsened or got better with exercise ???
Can't cope with frozen fingers and toes

I get Raynauds and I have found my condition improving. I started C25K in early March and it was definitely less pronounced during the cold and snow of March/April. I work outside a lot so I had plenty of opportunity to test it out. Also, last summer, my feet swelled up really badly when it was hot and humid and this year they have been much better, despite it being hot for a much longer period.
Keep going and hopefully you will find it improves for you too 🤞
I got it really bad last year. I run with a little runners backpack. I now always have a small pair of gloves in there, after I couldn’t operate my keys to open the front door after a spring run, as soon as I start to feel them go, on go the gloves. It seems to be getting a bit better now as it was worse when my thyroid medication was out, they increased the dose and I haven’t suffered since but I will still keep the gloves with me.
