Started c25 back in May set my goal to do a park run TODAY I took part in Wolverhampton park run 😁 not only did I run/jog all the way I finished in 39.04 me who couldn’t run for a minute back in May it was great fun and now I’m on cloud 9 and want to tell the world. The time didn’t really matter to me I just wanted to complete it but am now looking forward to my next one in 2 weeks. Just want to thank everyone one here for all the advice and encouragement and to all newbies good luck and keep at it 👍

Fantastic Sue! 👏👏👏👏 You have every right to be on cloud 9!

I’m going to do my first Parkrun in 2 weeks. I’m a recent graduate and slower than you, but I’m determined I’m going to run all the way, hence wanting to get a couple more 5ks under my belt first!

Well done you! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️👍🏻👍🏻

Nice going Sue! Parkrun can become quite addictive. I had lots of stuff to do today and I almost didn’t bother. Glad I did though, it’s a great start to the weekend 😀

You just told a lot of the world! Go through your run’s instagram and you may even find a picture of you doing it, then you can show your friends.

No running to sub 40 in a summer? That’s great going. Well done.
