Had to take some time off as hip sore again and now I feel apprehensive about doing week 9 - I know it’s just a mental block and I know I can overcome it if I try - just don’t understand why I feel like this 😞
Aim is I go tomorrow morning and try and conquer this before end of August

It’s all about relaxing... your legs and body can certainly do it. I’m looking at using “running with headspace” on Nike once I get to 25 minutes, which is all work on the mind... it’s had good reviews and a friend loved it. Maybe meditation before you go out, or “I can do it” style mantras. The mind is strange in training.., at first it drives you into doing it and the legs catch up, then it starts overthinking and fearing.
Me too Redtracey I should be running W9 R1 today but putting off until tomorrow! So don’t want to fail! But must be positive we have got this far which is amazing. Let me know how you get on. Slow and steady 🏃♀️
