Run 1 was OK, run 2 was absolutely lovely (fantastic weather, stunning sunrise, light legs) but run 3 this morning was really hard. I had a strong headache and burning legs that didn't want to run. I'm rather proud of myself for not giving up. Last 2 days at work were difficult and I'm feeling it.
On the plus side, I'm quite amazed that I'm beginning to be the kind of person who gets up at 5:30 in order to fit in a run before early work meetings !๐ฎ

Thank you! I'm very pleased indeed to have made it so far. Now I'm feeling a bit nervous about week 4, but I'm trying not to think about it too much ๐
I found exactly the same in Week 3! That last run was just awful for me. Iโm now heading towards the end of week 4 and the good news is itโs been ok. Just remember the ๐ and all will be good!
Iโm full of admiration too at your early morning commitment! I canโt even remember my own name when I wake up!!! ๐๐
It's very good to know you felt the same and still managed week 4 !
I don't deserve your admiration for the early runs ๐ I simply don't have a choice if I want to make running a part of my routine, as my work hours are irregular and I sometimes get home very late (and exhausted) in the evening. Early morning is my only reliable option !
