Thanks Mike, I’m thinking next Saturday, I’m still not quite running 5k

After yesterday’s successful treadmill run I’m going to try 5k on Monday see if I make it 😂 one of the young girls I work with does it and says it’s great as you are carried along with the crowd as there are people there clapping and cheering ☺️
