Started my first run on Monday , felt shattered but managed to keep going and felt great once I had finished. I Did run 2 last night and my left knee is now so painful , I really struggled on the last 60 sec run , it never hurt before I started running but now I can’t even walk on it 😢
No swelling but it feels swollen ,I am hoping it calms down before tomorrow’s run 🤞
Really don’t want to give up . Anyone else had this ?

I had the same problem. I purchased a couple of good quality elasticated knee supports and have been running with thos on. My knees are much better now and I have just done my first run of week 3. It’s also important to have the day’s rest in between the runs. When I feel sore, I sometimes take two days off in between one run and the next.
Yes, I bought these, they do the trick. I wish I could get some for my hips! Also, because of painful hips I took 13 weeks and 5 days to do the whole thing. Sometimes I needed a week between but I figured as long as I didn't run too soon it would be okay and it was. amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07...
