Omg so excited managed this run a lot easier then my first run. No lagging and drove on. My arms going like steam pistons driving me on. This really does work. Still can't believe I'm actually running.

Whether by accident or design (or piratical lore) you've hit on a really good point. Using your arms. Your arms can move faster than your legs ever will. So the key to sustaining a good pace is to pump your arms. Where your arms go, your legs will follow. Lots of learning runners don't use their arms enough, or flap them from side to side.
Keep your shoulders relaxed, pump your arms, like you're jabbing someone behind you hard with your elbow, and you'll fair motor along
