Maybe you've heard of the theory that the flapping of a butterflies wings can cause a tornado elsewhere. Well C25K community you are all my butterflies because today I whipped up a tornado on the towpath to do my first ever 20 minute run. Thank you one and all.

Took to minute four to settle in and i felt very emotional and she'd tears of pure amazement and elation. x

Brilliant- massive well done to you. 🤗

I always was dreading the longer runs but find I now really enjoy the constant pace rather than the stop n start. Best of luck for next wk - then you'll be into the weeks of longer runs - getting that 20 minute under you belt should give you confidence you can absolute smash it x
