W5r2- well I enjoyed that today, so much that I wasn’t ready to stop when mj told me too so I just carried on until I was ready. I am loving this programme so much, I am getting such a buzz from running again. What a great way to start the day!

I also did W5R2 this morning, but I was very ready to stop! Having said that, I can't believe I've even reached this point and am still not only doing this program but actually enjoying it. Bit nervous about R3, scheduled for Friday cos of work. But I never thought I'd run for 5 minutes nonstop, never mind 8, so maybe 20 won't be quite so bad... Well done you on keeping going.

I did used to run which I think is the only reason I was able to carry on. I was really struggling which is why I did this. It’s really helped with my stamina and fitness. Massive well done to you and good luck with your next run I’m sure you’ll smash it 👍🏻

I haven't run since cross-country at school. Just the... mumble mumble... 38 years ago! But I am so impressed with this program. The slow build-up of stamina is incredible

Hi Run1980 I've done exactly the same run as you today and I also felt so good after the 2nd 8 minute run I did an extra 2 minutes running. Not too sure how Run 3 is going to go tho! All the best with R3 on Thursday.

Big well done to you too. I found it harder walking for longer then having to restart so hopefully the continuous run might be better. Will just concentrate on my music more than doing a solid block. Hopefully that’ll get me through. Good luck to your next run, I’ll look forward to hearing how it went 👍🏻

Just be careful okay? The occasional (as in "once during the programme") "I felt okay but carried on" event is fine. But don't make a habit of it. Don't want you injured, hon xx

Thanks I think it was because I used to run. I feel like my strength and stamina is improving so I’m able to do it without struggling like I used to but don’t worry I won’t push myself too quickly 😀
