Iโm new here and wanted to say hi...for Week 2 run 1 ahead of me this evening.
Iโve never run before (in fact I hate running,) and am slightly nervous looking ahead at the coming weeks, I canโt imagine being able to run more than 60 seconds right now, never mind 8, 20 or 30 minutes!
But, something has to change, my youngest is nearly 1, so no excuse anymore! I will get into my jeans again! So here goes, and fingers crossed! ๐ค๐ผ๐ค๐ผ๐ค๐ผ

Good luck with your run x
Hi, Just follow the program and you will achieve it. I started at the end of October last year and completed it just before christmas. I was a 49 year old ex smoker, drinker and party animal. If I could do it I really think anyone can.
I had a health scare (unrelated to running I assure you!) earlier in the year so I am now back at week 6 having started again from scratch - the only warning I can give you is running is addictive to both body and soul.
Week 1 was the most difficult one for me, and youโre through that and getting stronger already. Each week does a great job of preparing you for the next one, so go out there and smash week 2 ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐
