Completed week 8 this morning - again I struggled a little but I didn’t stop and it was marginally better than run 2!
28 mins seems a long time when your out there!!! My difficult time is 20 to the end but noooooo stopping!!
Knees both felt a little off today for some reason but they seem fine now am sitting - my hip which was a major issue resulting in a week off has resolved by simply changing trainers 🤦♀️🤦♀️!!
So I start week 9 on Tuesday - convinced myself it’s only 1 more minute further which technically it isn’t i know but then I get to turn round hahaha - and that seems to work mentally for me!!!!
Blimey - week 9!!!!!! Shocked and amazed I have got this far!!!!

Am just in front of you on W9R2- today- just keep going + listen to something to take your mind off your legs!! I listen to radio2 confessions- they're v funny and am normally giggling through my run- makes the time go quicker 👍
