I no now I got to start improving last run of week 9 to do then we’re do I go from there park run was a joke so not ready for that

Sorry you didn’t enjoy the ParkRun. Consolidate running for 30 minutes. When you feel good with that, gradually increase until you get to 5k. Then consolidate that.

I’m personally enjoying consolidating with 2 x 30 minutes runs per week, and a slighter longer one - in my case about 33 minutes which equalled 4k.

I’m going to continue doing that until the 4k is achieved within 30 minutes, then will start working towards 5k. 😀🏃‍♀️
