I am hoping to start c25k in september once my child starts school! I can only commit myself fully to two days a week will i still get the same results? I am aware it will take me longer to get through the weeks. But i am doing it to get out the house and have a mental and physical refresh! Anyone else only done twice a week? And any tips for being a complete begginer to running!? Greatly appreciated.

You can do it two days a week, may take a little longer, but it can be done. There’s only one way to find out of course... see you in September!

Tips, go slow, hydrate, relax, and trust the plan.

As long as the 2 days aren’t back-to-back you'll be fine. It doesn’t matter how long it takes you to get through the programme, and yes, you'll still get all the health benefits. Take it really slowly, and get into the habit of drinking water every half-hour or so, even on days when you don't run. Come back here to report your progress and ask any questions you might have.

Good luck!

I drink a tonne of water every day! I’ve been planning on which bottle is the best to take out with me, or just fuel up before an after?

No need to take any with you - it sounds like you'll have plenty on board already 😀💦👍

It’s only half an hour. Definitely try for three days 👌🏽

It is only half an hour but being a full time worker and a single full time parent makes finding that 30mins difficult. I’m hoping once im up to running for a period of time i can get my little one to scoot alongside me, an get the extra days in.
