Still smashed it though! Mainly because for the first half I was aware I didn’t have the support on so was going stupidly slow and then Nickleback came on from my playlist and was such a good pace song I forgot about my knee/hip!
I have a small niggle in my hip/knee now but nothing I can’t cope with and nothing like it would’ve been a couple of weeks ago. I have noticed since I’ve started running (and I really do use that term very loosely 😂) my posture seems to have improved so I wonder if that’s anything to do with it? 🤔
