So Laura said to vary your route. I live in West Sussex and usually run on the Worth Way which is cycle/walking route on old railway line. This weekend was in Newcastle to see my son and ran week 7 run 3 with him alongside the Tyne which was amazing. Gave me confidence to vary route today now home for week 8 but got totally lost and ended run 20 minutes from home, ah well very long warm down today. Legs may take time to recover but dogs still keen for their walk so ........

I use an app called new route and I map out all my new runs before setting off. I find that it is quite accurate. I think there are some websites that you can do that with for free as well. Even with the the extra it sounds like a great run, well done.
