I have just completed W9r1 and feel a bit sore but elated!!! I cannot believe I actually ran for 30mins without stopping ( although did feel like it several times!)

I am encouraging my husband who used to run a lot ( but kept getting injured as he still thinks he’s 25!) to start C25k and I think he will .

Am actually looking forward to run 2.... what is going on?!!!
