So I did W1R1 on Thursday, aching thighs yesterday and today I did a 73 mile bike ride..... Safe to say my legs have now disowned me and Run 2 will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸš΄β€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

All good stamina and strength exercise...:) Where did you cycle to? 6 hrs cycling is a good ride:)

North West based so it was fylde coast up to hest bank just north of morecambe.

73 miles? Wow! We do have a reasonably good train service in the U.K. you know πŸ˜‚ Seriously though, it’s good to keep exercising on 'rest' days, just don't overdo it πŸ˜€ Good luck with run 2!
