So I did W1R1 on Thursday, aching thighs yesterday and today I did a 73 mile bike ride..... Safe to say my legs have now disowned me and Run 2 will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday πππππ΄ββοΈπββοΈ

73 miles? Wow! We do have a reasonably good train service in the U.K. you know π Seriously though, itβs good to keep exercising on 'rest' days, just don't overdo it π Good luck with run 2!
