Rest all you can (I know it’s not easy!) Your body repairs best when you're asleep, so try to get 2 good nights in. I had all sorts of aches and pains during the programme, but my body dealt with every single one during the rest days and nights. Well done on getting to week 3, and good luck!
Yes agree with Mike. Sometimes I have to leave 2-3 days between runs just because that's what my body required. If it continues after or during each run you might need to see your GP or a sports physio to get them to look at you. There are lots of things that can cause this. Tight calves, toes, ankles, footwear, etc etc.
