Well today for some reason I struggled as I had to run up hill so had to stop for a couple of minutes felt that guilty ran a extra 5 minutes .. I also struggled with my breathing as well .. but am loving the challenge.. really try to keep my breathing under control but I struggled with it

I think I struggled with every single one, but we keep going! Good luck with the rest of the programme!

You are exploring where the limits are, it’s all good learning experiences. There will be other days and other runs - don’t be hard on yourself 😁👍

I'm sure you will be fine with the 3 minute runs as you will be doing them in the middle of the session. I've just done w2r3 and my legs felt really heavy for the last 90sec run, but it was uphill. I run round our local common so am planning the runs for w3 so the 3min runs are downhill. The last 2 runs have been done first thing in the morning with just a cup of tea to get me out of bed. I have a bowl of porridge and fruit as my reward for completing the run.
