Just finished week 8 this morning, thought I was going really slow but checked my Strava when finished and not only did I have a faster pace but went further than ever. 4.9k ( that includes the 2x5 min walks).
I'm hoping to reach the 5K in week 9.

Well done! Just did W9R1 today and didn’t notice the difference really other than half way is a bit, but not much further on but the good thing is it does just get you over the 5k mark....so now thinking post grad can target a ‘Park Run’ or a 10k 😬??!! . Weird....never thought I’d actually like running. How u finding it all?
I can't believe I'm on Week 9, on Week 1 I said " I will never be able to do this", on Week 3 I think I repeated it 3 or 4 times, but on Week 5 something happened (not sure what) but ever since I just think "I've got this"
Snap! Felt exactly the same as I’m sure do most others. One of the step- ups....wk 3 to 4 or is it 4 to 5 was a huge increase and I thought, wtf! But you do it....a combination of will power and Michael Johnson in my ear....can’t let that ledg’ down! It’s a really good app and clearly successful at converting not particularly healthy people into reasonably healthy ones: being able to say ‘I run 5k 3 or 4 times a week’ makes you sound and must mean we’re healthy...right?
