I run week 8 R1. I really want to loose weight. I I feel better by doing my 5K.

I am expecting to loose weight. After graduating what is the next step?

Well done..this is not a weight loss programme, but linked with your healthy eating regime, will make you feel fitter and stronger too:)

Losing weight is 80% diet, 20% exercise. I’ve lost four stone with diet changes (low fat, calorie counting) and the only regular exercise I have done is walking. C25K is a way to increase my exercise and sustain the weight loss momentum. I recommend MyFitnessPal as a free calorie counting app.
