Second run this week and struggled! Did 20 mike bike ride yesterday which probably tired my legs. Still chuffed that I did it though! Going to do last one this week as part of the Park run. Made the mistake looking ahead at the next final weeks phew!!

Don’t fear what’s to come, you’re doing great. Cycling is good cross training, eventually you’ll feel the benefit rather than lured legs.
One run at a time is all we can do, so only peek at the next one, relax and go.
