What you need there is tattoos, some proper colour psychobilly tattoos. Google Stray Cats for inspiration, or even better, Johnny Winter, those Texans know their stuff.

Yes there are various debates on this issue. Just enjoy the changes and forget the scales is probably the best advice. 🏃‍♂️
