Well done, I’ve done w5r2 for the second time today as panicked this morning when I opened r3. Regretting it now as r2 was easier second time and I should have pushed myself to do r3 and tried the 20 mins without a break. Determined to do it on Thursday morning to get week 5 under my new running belt.
I’m just away to do 5-2 in the next ten minutes, it doesn’t scare me as much as run 3 but reading people’s posts on here makes me believe I can do them both.
