I just starting week 8 should I up speed I doing or stay the same I think I can do better should I have a go

Just relax into the runs and stay steady... the time for speed can come after Graduation:)

Best to keep it gentle and get to that podium... injury free, and ready to move on.. well done you!

Oldfloss is right, it’s better to cruise in and complete the runs than over do it. However, if you’re getting towards the end of a run and you feel there’s some gas left in the tank by all means pick up your pace a bit for the last half k and see how it feels. If you’ve gone too much too soon you can back off and complete the run at your usual pace. Good luck with w8 & 9!

Week 8 run 1 has been done pleased with my self today just need to speed up a bit bring on next run of to the gym at 11.00 for some weight work
