Can't believe I've actually got this far. I repeated week 2 because basically, i was rubbish at it!! My legs get so tired when I'm running and they are aching now. Mainly my thighs but it's been so long since i did any excersise and decades since i ran. Any tips on how to help the ache.

Very well done! What a great achievement making it this far!

We all get aches and pains as the programme pushes us just that bit farther each week. Your legs are no doubt just adjusting to their new activity level. 😀 If they remain uncomfortable, you could always take an extra rest day and/or slow your pace right down during your next run.

Most of all, continue having fun and you WILL see positive results! 😀😀🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️👍🏻
