Well as stated... completed with no real issues.

Now I’m worried about the rest of this week. Managed the three 5 mins runs going at a slow pace. 🤞🏽crossed for the rest of the week 😊

Try not to worry. All these 5 minute runs are making you stronger. You can do this!

Well done - I was so apprehensive going into wk5 and that 20 min run looming ahead. Trust yourself you can do this. Keep slow, keep steady and banish the brain gremlins- good luck x

Worry not.. just another run... slow and steady and know you are ready for them..no mystery...just different... take it gently and you will be fine:)

Did W5 R2 in the daytime heat on Thursday, it nearly killed me! Really tough.

So naturally, I was then *really* apprehensive about R3 and that dreaded non-stop 20 minute run.

But....! Got out and did it yesterday, took it really slowly and steadily, the minutes flew by... no pains, so breathing issues, no stitch. Was so focused on it that I missed Jo Whiley saying to finish, and did another 5 minutes....!! Found it was the easiest run I’ve done to date. Proof that the programme really, really works....!!!
