I am currently in week 5, running with over 30 degrees. I thought it might be useful to someone who like me detests the heat and sun (when i am not by the sea that is!).
What i do to overcome the heat is i wet my hair just before going for my runs. It keeps me cool much longer.

Hadnβt thought of that... currently have my hair down my back and was considering the razor as it was getting in the way running... now it may have a use.
