Heatwave tip 😎

I am currently in week 5, running with over 30 degrees. I thought it might be useful to someone who like me detests the heat and sun (when i am not by the sea that is!).

What i do to overcome the heat is i wet my hair just before going for my runs. It keeps me cool much longer.

Btw an irrelevant matter simce you're an administrator: how can i change my password IF I DON'T REMEMBER IT? I went to settings where you change password but there is no "forgot my password" otion! You need to input the old one!

If you detest heat and sun, avoid both. Not long before they become a distant memory which will open up the never ending avenue of rain and wind followed by sleet and snow. Seriously though, if you dislike the weather, go to the gym.

I’m currently on holiday where it’s simply ludicrously hot and humid. I dislike and ignore both, hence l run, ;)

I love the summer- i just find running in 34 degrees an added challenge. So i run at 8 in the evening at sunset.

The gym for me is not an option for c25k. I would be bored and would not complete it.

Good on you, being on holiday and continuing the challenge! πŸ‘
