Overthinking breathing

W4R2 done and it was a breeze. I'm starting to realise its possible to focus too much on your breathing to the point where you're just waiting for the end and feeling completely out of breathe.

Today I just zoned out and went into a little daydream, the breathing came naturally and before I knew it the timer went and I felt like I could keep going.

Good job, finding that natural rhythm should help.

Well done! If I think about it, my breathing is dreadful! When I don't, it's all fine!

Funny enough, I thought about my breathing during my run earlier. I noticed that it seemed to be near normal and unlaboured. Probably indicative of "running" at the right pace. Keep it up. We're both at the same stage!

I vary, depending on what I need. Worst case scenario, it's 2 in and out, at best usually 4 in 5 out. Maybe three in four out. For the most part it's 3/4. Whatever feels good for you, don't sweat it.
