Take your time and trust the programme - you really do build strength and stamina honest - keep going and the lovely people on here will all be cheering you on!
The programme works really well. Stick with it and you’ll be fine
Psychology you’ve beaten the hardest week. Keep your mind on the job at hand and the body will follow. Sure, you’ll struggle at times, but you can drive yourself through this and you have a lot of support here.
Don’t give up. You’ve done so well to get to week 2 and each run is building up your strength and stamina. This programme really works and you’ll get all the encouragement you need from the lovely folk here. Some runs are harder than others-lots of reasons for that but keep telling yourself you can do it- and you will. Good luck for week 2 👍😊
