Ditto! Just finished week 2 run 1 today about an hour ago now. Ahhh then straight on to health unlocked and get more inspiration whilst enjoying the feel good endorphins!
The country park where I ran/walked this morning is full of frost - beautiful with the sun shining. No one else about apart from the odd stranger with a dog or two!
However I feel dead legs - maybe my overweight body cannot cope but I need to keep going combined with healthy eating (and ban choc for a week as hubby says!) to aid weight loss.
I am determined to do well on the c25k as I have booked to do race for life in July!
Any tips for dead weight legs? I don't want to slow down or give up.

Excellent June keep it up. 9 weeks just flies by. But stick to the program. No extra bits because at the time u feel u can and u should stay injury free. Well done again. Keep posting J

I know exactly how you feel - haven't run since school (which was complete torture and probably put me off any type of sport for life!) but absolutely loving this. Maybe schools should introduce this?
