After resting my knee for the last 2 weeks I finally feel ready to start running again. Do I start where I stopped (W6R1) start again from the beginning or go back to maybe W3. I haven’t gone an exercising for the last 2 weeks and don’t want to damage my knee again by over doing it too soon.

If you’ve tested the knee, yeah get back to where you were. One day of an earlier run may give you that confirmation that the knee is good to go though.

Head out for a little trial jogette.. see how it feels and if it feels okay..then just carry on with the run. Your body will soon tell you if things are not right
