I'm super pleased with myself for finally completing C25K. This has been an epic journey which has seen me completing week 5 twice and weeks 6 & 7 three times for reasons of a nasty fall and hitting a mental brick wall! That said, I'm looking for my next challenge and my direction is looking towards Park run at the weekend in Gillingham and the C25K+ for in the week, how does this sound ? I run in the morning's as this is when I'm most motivated. Additionally, this journey has seen my body shape change through toning up of previously unused muscles and 10lb weight loss, all in all all good.
