First run in the rain! Decided wisely to leave my glasses at home and I’m glad I did. It wasn’t very cold out there (and thankfully a lot cooler than Saturday afternoon!) but this I suppose is a taster of what’s to come in the autumn...

Another first - I left music behind for this run and listened to the radio 2 Confessions podcast. Very funny and certainly took my mind off the rain!

I hit another 5k in total (including the walks) and this route was one I’ve wanted to do and have been building up to for weeks so all in all it was a good one this morning!
