Good morning lovely runners! W2R3 for me. Can anyone recommend earphones that really don’t fall out of your ears? I have small ears and so far no luck! Thanks...🌈

I too have small ears! I use the bluetooth ones with a hook which goes over the top of the ear and then wear a headband over the top!

Ooh the headband is a fab idea - thank you! 💕🌈
I also have smaller ears and find the ones that hook over your ears are brilliant, no more feeling that they’re constantly falling out 😊
I don’t have any issues with them popping out, there may be some slight movement but I think the majority of earphones have different size ‘buds’ that can be used and I make sure that the smallest ones are used. I definitely find them more secure.
I also find Bluetooth ones better as there are no wires to worry about, but that’s just personal preference and I do have to try and remember to keep them charged. 😉
